            Our Return Products Policy
Any (no special ordered or non-stock items) product can be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is unused
  • The product is resalable
  • A Dallas Light Bulb “RGA Number” has been assigned to the returned products.

Please note: Returned shipments without a RGA number will not be processed or credited.  If you are unsure whether your returns meet the above criteria, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.458.8369.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Our Broken Products Policy
Please open and inspect all of your orders upon receipt.  If a product is broken in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Product will be reshipped or credit will be issued to the customer once we receive credit back from the shipper. If credit is not given to Dallas Light Bulb by the shipper, the issue will be reviewed by our shipping loss prevention department. The customer will be contacted by Dallas Light Bulb for satisfactory resolution.

Our Wrong Product Received Policy
All website content errors, computer malfunctions, order entry errors, etc. that cause the order to be incorrect will be fully refunded or exchanged with no additional cost to the customer.

All products that are received due to customer order error will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstance.
