a) The item(s) you’ve ordered cannot be cancelled. This is because once we’ve placed the order with the vendor we cannot cancel the order with our vendor. The product will be shipped to us without any ability for us to return it to the vendor.
b) The item(s) you’ve ordered cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. This is because we don’t stock the item(s) you’ve ordered. We’re getting this product specifically for YOU and no one else.
